Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in this Program, each entrant (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of ALLO and its agents, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Program. ALLO reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify and prohibit any Participant from participating in the Program or receiving a reward who ALLO suspects, in its sole discretion, of attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any of ALLO’s representatives or otherwise failing to comply with these Rules.

  1. Eligibility:
    1. Referring Party: To be eligible to participate as a “Referring Party,” you must be a current ALLO customer in good standing, be at least eighteen (18) years of age, and be legally authorized to participate.
    2. Referred Party: To be eligible to participate as a “Referred Party,” you must be a new ALLO residential customer, not have had an active ALLO account in the 90 days prior to signup, be at least eighteen (18) years of age, and be legally authorized to participate.
  2. Program Period: The Program begins on a date to be determined by ALLO and will continue until such time as ALLO, in its sole discretion, elects to suspend or terminate the Program (the “Program Period”).
  3. How to Participate: To participate, a Referring Party must share their unique referral link with a potential Referred Party. A successful referral (“Successful Referral”) is completed when a Referred Party:
    1. Sign up for a qualifying new ALLO service through the Referring Party’s unique link.
    2. Use the same email address for their service order that was used to register for the referral.
    3. Activates their new ALLO service and pays their first bill in full.
      Entries that are incomplete or non-compliant with these Official Rules will be voided.
  4. Rewards:
    1. Customer Referral: Upon completion of a Successful Referral, the Referring Party and the Referred Party will each receive a one-time $50 bill credit.
    2. Field Marketing Referral: If a Referred Party signs up through a link provided by an authorized ALLO Field Marketing representative, the Referred Party will receive a one-time $75 bill credit after paying their first bill in full.
    3. The reward credit has no cash value, cannot be assigned, transferred, or exchanged. Credit will be applied to the respective ALLO accounts after the Referred Party’s first bill has been paid. Credits are not applied at the time of sign-up or installation.
  5. General Conditions: ALLO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time for any reason. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Program is impaired in any way, ALLO may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Program to address the impairment and then resume the Program in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules, or (b) terminate the Program. ALLO reserves the right in its sole discretion to deactivate any referral link and/or disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Program, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike, fraudulent, or disruptive manner.
  6. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Program, Participants agree to release and hold harmless ALLO, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Program or receipt or use of the reward, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Program; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Program; (c) any other errors or problems in connection with the Program; or (d) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant’s participation in the Program or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the reward. Participant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Program, and in no event shall the Participant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees.
  7. Indemnification: By participating in the Program, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, that arise from your participation in the Program, your use of the referral link, or any content or statements you publish in connection with a referral link to the extent such claims arise from your negligence, recklessness, or willful misconduct. ALLO expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability for any statements, representations, or content posted by a Referring Party.
  8. Disputes: As a condition of participating in this Program, each Participant agrees to be bound by the dispute resolution provisions of ALLO’s Subscriber Agreement for Residential Services, available at https://www.allocommunications.com/terms-and-conditions/subscriber-agreement-for-residential-services/. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska.
  9. Privacy: Information Participants provide to ALLO will be used to communicate with Participants regarding this Program and otherwise as set forth in these Official Rules and ALLO’s Privacy Statement available at https://www.allocommunications.com/privacy-and-terms/.
  10. Endorsement Disclosure: This Customer Referral Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, Google+, or YouTube.
  11. Publicity Consent: By accepting a reward, each participant grants to ALLO (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) and those acting pursuant to the authority of ALLO the unconditional and irrevocable right and license, without any further compensation, consideration, notice, review or consent, to use, exhibit and publish, in any medium now known or hereinafter known at any time, the following: (a) their name, city and state, age, image, likeness, voice, biographical information and statement for advertising, publicity, trade and public relations purposes, to the extent permitted by law; and (b) any film, tape recording or other reproduction of their appearance or voice.
