Connections matter. There’s no way around it. Your internet, phones, and TVs keep you in touch with the world, your families, your teachers, and your workplaces. We get it. That’s why we offer 24/7 support. So that no matter the circumstance, you and your families can stream, work, play, live, and connect.

Morning

4:30 AM – Beep, beep, beep. If you’re one of those disciplined folks who like to get a workout in before the day begins, you’re up and at em’ early. There’s nothing worse than an interruption to the daily routine, and we get that. So, if you’re up streaming a workout or a podcast and your internet is slow… Who ya’ gonna call? (Hint: Not the ghostbusters.) The folks on our early shift will get things taken care of quicker than you can say, burpee.

8:00 AM – You have an hour before you go to work, and your to-do list is long. The first thing is the family finances. You sit down to get to work and realize you haven’t paid your ALLO bill. Yikes! No worries. Our online bill pay system is easy peasy, and if you have any issues at all, our team is available on live chat on our website from 8:00-4:00 Monday – Friday.

10:00 AM – The kids are settled in on their zoom classes. You are 20 minutes into a webinar, your dog is asleep, and all is well. All of a sudden, your webinar disappears. 15 seconds go by while you consider what to do, and then you hear; “Moooooooom, my teacher disappeared!” You pick up the phone to give ALLO a call and, voila, you’re chatting with a member of our friendly customer support team.

You’re talking to our team when you hear… ”Moooooom, I think the dog chewed the cable to our internet box…” Guess what? Not only will we be there before you know it, we’ll have you up and running as soon as possible. We’ll take all the safety precautions to keep your family and our team safe, and probably even give the dog a friendly “ALLO.”

Afternoon

2:00 PM – It’s time for your meeting with the big boss, and you are completely ready. Your hair is done, your favorite work outfit is pressed and looking nice (even the pants), and you’ve reviewed the presentation multiples times. You have a glass of water, the office is clean, and it’s go time. You access the meeting a few minutes early just to impress, and your boss says, “Hello.” Uh oh, the connection is a little glitchy. Your boss’s expression is frozen into a look of annoyance, and you are panicking. Guess what? It may be your connection, or it may be on the other end. Either way, we’re just a phone call away. Bing, bang, boom, we’ll have you back on with the big boss as soon as possible.

Night

6:30 PM – The table has been cleared, the homework is done, and everyone is ready to put their feet up and watch ‘The Voice.’ You’re all settled in and discussing Gwen’s outfit and who will win the first battle when there’s a glitch, then another. One kid starts whining; another one goes to get dessert. You get out your phone, open Facebook, and send us a message. Our friendly team is on the other side of the screen, waiting to help.

9:30 PM – It’s game time. Your fans are waiting for you, and you are ready to win. At ALLO, our goal is to keep you streaming seamlessly. So, if your ping is high, your latency through the roof, or your speed is lagging, our experts are here to help. They can check on your service, reboot remotely, and have you on the road to a W in no time.

1:00 AM – We love night owls. So, if you’re up late taking care of business and one item on your list is upgrading to GIG service. Email our team the details, and we’ll get it done for you in the morning. You can check it off your list without having to pick up the phone.
