Price Lock Guarantee: The 5-Year Price Lock Guarantee (“Price Guarantee”) offered by ALLO Communications LLC (“ALLO”) applies exclusively to the monthly base recurring service charge for the specific tier of ALLO internet service selected at the time of enrollment. This Price Guarantee expressly excludes all other current and future charges, which are subject to change at any time. Excluded charges include, but are not limited to:

  • Taxes, Surcharges, and Fees: All federal, state, and local taxes; regulatory recovery fees; franchise and license fees; public access fees; universal service assessments; and other government-imposed charges.
  • Equipment Charges: Monthly rental fees for modems, routers, gateways, Wi-Fi extenders, or any other ALLO-provided equipment (if applicable).
  • Usage-Based Charges: Any charges for data usage exceeding the allowance of your selected plan (data overage charges) (if applicable).
  • Add-On Services: Fees for any additional services, including but not limited to, static IP addresses, digital telephone services, streaming video packages, outdoor or extended Wi-Fi services, Bark, ExperienceIQ.
  • One-Time Charges: Installation fees, activation fees, service call fees, late payment fees, and unreturned equipment fees.

Conditions and Eligibility: To be eligible for and to maintain the Price Guarantee, you must: (i) be an eligible residential customer of ALLO; (ii) subscribe to a qualifying service tier; (iii) maintain continuous, uninterrupted service at the original service address for the entire 5-year term; (iv) remain in good standing with a current, paid-in-full account balance; and (v) be continuously enrolled in both automatic payments and paperless billing. Questions of customer eligibility for the Price Lock Guarantee shall be determined by ALLO at its sole and absolute discretion.

The Price Guarantee is immediately and permanently void if you, at any time during the 5-year term:

  • Change, upgrade, or downgrade your internet service tier.
  • Disconnect any part of a bundled service.
  • Transfer service to a new address.
  • Place your account on a seasonal or other hold.
  • Fail to maintain the eligibility requirements listed above.

Adjustments for Unforeseen Events and Other Factors: ALLO reserves the unequivocal right to modify or increase the monthly recurring service charge, even during the Price Guarantee period, due to the occurrence of certain events. Such adjustments are at ALLO’s sole discretion and may be implemented to address, without limitation:

  • Force Majeure Events: Any event beyond ALLO’s reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government orders or actions, and any similar unforeseen events.
  • Changes in Law or Regulation: Any change in law, regulation, or official interpretation that materially increases the cost or operational burden of providing service. This includes changes to pole attachment fees, franchise or license fees, or other third-party pass-through charges.
  • Network and Infrastructure Costs: Significant and unforeseen increases in the costs associated with operating, maintaining, upgrading, or securing our network and infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, substantial increases in the cost of electricity, fuel, fiber optic or related materials, critical equipment, cybersecurity compliance, and costs arising from supply chain disruptions.
  • Discontinuation of Service Tier: In the event ALLO discontinues or substantially modifies the service tier to which you subscribe, we may, at our option, terminate this Price Guarantee or transition you to the closest equivalent service tier at its then-current price.
