2023 Platinum HIRE Vets Medallion Award Winner
Following three consecutive years of being awarded the gold HIRE Vets Medallion Award, the U.S. Department of Labor presented ALLO with the 2023 Platinum HIRE Vets Medallion Award. The HIRE Vets Award is presented to businesses that display a commitment to employ, retain, and support veterans in our communities.
We have made a commitment to veterans across America to continue to show our support, and provide a sense of home and stability when they are ready to return to the workforce.
Supporting veteran employees
The Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) was established in 1972 to foster a culture in which all employers support and value the employment of military Service members. Our nation's defenders couldn't protect us without the promise of meaningful civilian employment for themselves and their families.
ALLO was honored to receive the ESGR 2019 Seven Seals Award and are immensely grateful to assist in ESGR's mission of developing cooperative work environments for Service members. Helping our Service members feel more at home in the workplace is the least we can do to thank them for all they’ve done for us.

Great perks, better people
Brent Sexton, ALLO Field Operations Manager, and Joel Pierce, ALLO Field Operations Supervisor, have been recognized with the Department of Defense Patriot Award. Fellow ALLO team member and Nebraska Army National Guard Sergeant Chance Baumann nominated his ALLO leaders for their extraordinary support. Baumann explained, "It didn't matter if I was attending Ranger School or responding to a state or national mission, I knew I had support from ALLO."

Military Spouse Employment Partnership
ALLO is proud to partner with the Department of Defense Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP)to recruit, hire, promote, and retain military spouses. MSEP is a targeted recruitment and employment solution, creating employment connections that provide companies with direct access to military spouses seeking career opportunities and spouses with direct access to employers who are actively recruiting.
Department of Defense Skillbridge
ALLO proudly works with the Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge program that allows active-duty service members to participate in civilian training, apprenticeships, and internships during the last 90-180 days of their military service. The goal of the program is to help service members transition to civilian careers by providing them with valuable training and work experience in fields related to their military occupational specialty (MOS) or area of interest.
