Absolutely! The process of moving your existing number from one service provider to ALLO is known as “porting.”
To begin the porting process, make sure you have the following information handy:
1. Your current carrier’s account number and transfer PIN
2. The name of your current provider.
3. The billing zipcode on your account.
4. Your existing phone number that you with to transfer (or port) to ALLO.
No credit check is necessary to add ALLO’s mobile service.
ALLO’s mobile service includes unlimited talk and text. Any unused data from your current billing cycle won’t rollover to the next month.
Yes. International Calling credits can be purchased through our app. It’s important to note that International Calling will remain disabled until you’ve purchased credits. Once credits are purchased, the service will be automatically enabled. To buy International credits in the app, please visit the “Services” tab to get started.
