Let us know your new address using this form. Make sure you have your new address, account security question, and expected move date handy.

Leave Internet Equipment
Once you're ready to move out, leave the modem and router on site and keep them plugged in. The folks moving in will be happy you did!

Bring Your TV Equipment
If you are a TV customer, unplug all of your TV equipment and take it with you to your new place. If you no longer need TV service, please return all of your TV equipment to your nearest ALLO store. As a friendly reminder, please leave your internet modem and router on site and plugged in.
You're all done! At least with the easy part of the move.
