ALLO Fiber and Intrepid Partner to Bring World-Class Internet to Frederick, Fort Lupton, and Dacono

FREDERICK, COLO. – June 4, 2025 – ALLO Fiber, in partnership with Intrepid Fiber Networks, is bringing a 100% fiber- optic network to the Colorado communities of Frederick, Fort Lupton, and Dacono. This partnership and expansion represent another step forward in ALLO’s journey to delivering symmetrical and multi-gigabit internet to more communities across the state.

Intrepid, an open access network owner and operator, will construct and operate the all-fiber network, providing a
future-ready infrastructure designed to meet the demand for high-speed connectivity. Engineering, permitting and
construction has begun in all three municipalities, with service expected to become available in the fourth quarter of this year and the project completing in early 2027.

Intrepid and ALLO will host a groundbreaking event at Eagle Valley Park in Frederick on June 6th at 2 p.m. to
commemorate the start of construction.

“We’re proud to join forces with Intrepid to deliver world-class fiber services to these Colorado communities,” said Bob Beiersdorf, Colorado Regional General Manager of ALLO Fiber. “At ALLO, our mission is to empower
communities through fast, reliable internet and outstanding customer support. Intrepid shares this same
deep commitment to connectivity and innovation, making them an ideal partner as we expand into Frederick, Fort Lupton, and Dacono. Together, we’re helping these cities thrive in the digital age.”

Intrepid CEO Jack Waters shared excitement over this project, “ALLO will be a great partner helping us deliver
reliable, secure, high-capacity fiber connectivity to residents of Frederick, Fort Lupton, and Dacono. This is an
investment in the future of these communities’ ensuring residents and businesses have fast reliable Internet.”

Once construction is complete, residents, businesses, and governmental entities will have access to fiber Internet
with symmetrical upload and download speeds, enterprise-grade business services and security solutions,
DIRECTV streaming, voice and mobile phone services.

ALLO’s presence in Colorado has grown significantly since they entered the state in 2018. With service available in 10 communities – Breckenridge, Brighton, Brush, Eaton, Erie, Evans, Fort Morgan, Greeley, Hudson, and Kersey, the expansion into Frederick, Fort Lupton and Dacono demonstrates ALLO’s continued commitment to broadband investment across the region.
