As ALLO grows, so does our Digital Experience Team. What started as a one-woman show has grown to seven dynamic Digital Experience Specialists, with plans to add more fine folks in the future. As with so many other ALLO departments, the Digital Experience Team juggles various responsibilities, but ultimately, their main concern is with the customer experience. This team constantly interacts with our fiber fans. They respond to questions, concerns, special requests, and even sometimes just lending a sympathetic ear when you’ve had a rough day. If you’re chatting in, emailing us, or checking in on one of our social media sites, this is the team you’ll be talking to.
Meet the team
Kami is our fearless leader and is a vital part of each customer’s ALLO experience. She knows the company’s ins and outs, is passionate about customer service, and currently manages three departments at ALLO.
Alyssa defines hustle and rocks the role of Supervisor on this dynamic team. She can manage a task list like a boss, help a customer quicker than you can say, “customer service”. She has a knack for balancing a get-it-done attitude with a people matter focus and she’s a huge part of your everyday experience with ALLO.
These six folks are the masterminds behind the comments, answers, and conversations you’re having with our team. Empathy is truly their middle name, and they care about every question, concern, comment, compliment, and interaction they have each day at ALLO.
