Once you switch to DIRECTV, your TV charges will come directly from DIRECTV on your new DIRECTV bill. Your ALLO TV billing will stop as soon as you notify us that you’d like to cancel your traditional ALLO TV service.

To get started with DIRECTV, a soft credit check and AutoPay enrollment are required. The credit check does not impact your credit score, but your credit does need to be temporarily unlocked if it’s frozen. This is a standard step to activate the streaming equipment and helps ensure a smooth setup. 

No contracts! Plus, you get a 2-year price lock, giving you consistent pricing you can count on for the next two years. 

You won’t be charged for your ALLO TV equipment. You can recycle it on your own or bring it to your local ALLO store, and we’ll take care of the recycling for you. Please be sure to keep your modem and router plugged in for your internet service. 

We’re not talking about the old school DIRECTV, so there’s no satellite dish required! All packages include one Gemini device. The Gemini is a small streaming device that plugs directly into your TV, along with the simple-to-use Gemini remote, which also has a voice control feature that is a fan favorite!
If you have a compatible smart TV, Roku, Firestick, or other compatible device already, you can stream directly through the free DIRECTV app on additional devices and wouldn’t need to purchase multiple Gemini devices.
