This is a step-by-step guide of how our process works. Each step is broken down by the parties involved and gives you tasks for each step, along with milestones that must be completed before moving on to the next phase.

  • ALLO + Business Owner

    • ALLO Fiber business expert will work with business to determine the best fiber options for companies voice and data needs.
    • ALLO will provide a quote that includes all taxes and fees.
    • Customer will need to provide: signed copy of request for service (quote), signed Right of Entry (if required), copy of latest bill, and completed CPNI Form.

    Milestone: Request for Service and Right of Entry Completed

  • Business Connect Partner + Business Owner

    • Schedule a site survey to make sure fiber is ready for installation.
    • Prepare site for installation.

    • An ALLO Business Connect Partner will call to schedule installation.
    • Questions on installation and/or site survey?

    • Ongoing ALLO support after the Installation
    • Contact your ALLO Business Sales Leader for any changes or updates to your service needs.
