Business Structured Cabling Technician
Eastern Nebraska
Here’s the deal: ALLO service is nothing if we don’t properly build the fiber path to make that internet magic happen. We talk a GIG game, but it all hinges on our fiber backbone and the talented individuals who help us construct it. If you’re a laser-focused, self-motivated, team-player, we need you to help us build the future of ALLO.

Congratulations to our Western Area Tech Manager Jason Van Dyke! He’s celebrating 4 years at ALLO this month and we couldn’t be happier to have this fearless guy on our team.
I was hired on as a residential technician. When I was hired there was only one Business technician in the Scottsbluff market. After doing many residential installations I was sought out and asked to train with the current business technician. After 3 months of one on one training the workload asked of us to separate to accommodate the business. I felt very prepared and confident from the training that I had received that I could walk into a customer site and handle whatever might come at me. I adopted a saying from training that I still use today, “Well, I am not scared yet.” Walking into a customer site that is having trouble be it a residential or business and using that saying “I am not scared yet” provides a comic relief and also instills some confidence in the customer that we will be able to fix their situation.
Nonetheless as we have grown and I was allowed the opportunity to fill in for my current manager I filled in the role of Western Area Tech Manager. I have always received support along the way from all sorts of places within Allo. I would attribute my current position to having plenty of support within the company and great employees to work along side. People are here to help you out. No one wants to see you fail.
