What is CPNI?
Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) refers to any private information regarding your ALLO Communications account. This includes but is not limited to your Telephone services, Internet services, and or TV services. These rules allow us to discuss account information only with the person(s) of the business listed on the account.
Authenticating our customers:
We will confirm the identity of callers by asking them to answer one of the authentication questions listed below.
Adding Authorized Contacts
If the account is listed only in your business name, you might want to consider adding the name of the owner or anyone (a manager, supervisor, or employee) who would need access to your account information, to pay the bill or make changes on the account. The name will not be added to the billing name but will be added to our records as an “Authorized Contact” for discussing information and making changes to your account.
Again, in order for ALLO to discuss any details about your account a question for authentication needs to be in place. These rules are meant to protect you and your valuable customer proprietary information and to safeguard your privacy.
If you are signing this form, please make sure you add your information in the table below for authorized contacts. If you list any cell phone numbers, note that you are providing ALLO with consent to contact those numbers.
Taxes & Surcharges can change without notice as they are generally controlled by government entities. Starting on the 1st minute of Long Distance usage you will be billed at a rate of $0.05 per minute for intrastate & interstate calls. I authorize ALLO Communications to act as my agent to make the listed changes and direct my current phone company to work with the new provider designated to effect the change. I understand that there is no charge to switch providers. If I later wish to return to my current telephone company(s), I may be required to pay a reconnection charge to that company.I also understand that my new telephone company may have different calling areas, rates, and charges that my current telephone company(s) and that by signing below, I indicate that I understand these differences (if any) and I am willing to be billed accordingly.
